ClaroConnect Solutions, LLC (dba ClaroConnect and ClaroConnect.com) is committed to the following privacy policy.

Users of the ClaroConnect process to search for professionals may provide personal financial information for the purpose of sending that information to the professional which the user has selected. Apart from that purpose, ClaroConnect will not disclose any personally identifiable information of its users or subscribers with the exception of: 1) if we are required to by law, 2)
with the user or subscribers’ consent, or 3) ClaroConnect may provide third parties with contact information (name, address, email, phone number) if we are in a contractual relationship with
that party to provide services to the users. At this time, we do not have any third-party relationships to provide this information, other than our own contractors and service providers.

We contract with a web-hosting company to provide our secure servers and firewalls. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process fees.

We may contact users and professionals by email or other methods, in order to complete the matching process, to gather feedback and to improve the ClaroConnect service.

Financial professionals who subscribe to our service are providing their professional information for the purpose of advertising their profiles to the public. Professionals may contact ClaroConnect to stop the display of their information. We may store their profiles on our secure servers in the event the professional wants to advertise with us in the future.

ClaroConnect reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be displayed here at that time.
